"Bistro Subura is such a lovely café trottoir! The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming — perfect for a coffee break or a casual chat. The coffee is really well brewed, rich and smooth, and you can tell they care about quality. The guy behind the counter is super friendly and always greets you with a big smile, which makes the experience even better. Definitely one of those spots that instantly puts you in a good mood.
